The three dimensions that make the core of TosFUND are Action IEC with a development and media focus, Alien Dev and various IT experts that sharpen our technological edge, and ComeTogether that brings the ‘art' to the concept of giving.
TosFUND works with the help and guidance of a Project Selection Committee. The committee is made of up to 20 independent key persons working the field of media, arts and development. They advise on the choice of selected projects, help select criteria and highlight special causes. The Special Ribbon Committee was established in early 2015 and meets on a regular basis to review and advise on the selected projects.

TosFUND took its roots with Action IEC, a local NGO that sprouted the idea to bring crowdfunding technology to Cambodia. With guidance from Development Innovations, the idea was carefully designed and organically crowd-shaped with the engagement and partnership of Alien Dev, a pioneering IT company and ComeTogether, a leading Film and Arts company.
